Referral Award - Terms & Conditions

When you make a referral to us, we would like to say thanks.

If we help them into a new permanent position, we will pay you 10% of our recruitment fee, to a maximum of £250.  If they work through us in a locum capacity, we will send you a High Street voucher of your choice to the value of £25.  

Both these payments are made after they have started in their new job or worked their first locum day and we've been paid by our client.  In the event that they have started in a permanent position, we will also wait until our rebate clause has expired with the client.  This is usually 6 weeks from when they start although could be longer depending on the client.

Payments will be made by cheque or electronic transfer.
