At Medicus we are able to utilise many different recruitment methods to help our candidates find the right role and our clients to find the right staff. One tried and tested method is the referral of a candidate through a colleague, family or friend.
Should you recommend a successful candidate to Medicus, we believe that not only will the person recommended thank you when they start their new job, but you deserve a thank you from us as well! Our referral scheme will reward you with up to £250.00 each time someone that you recommended to Medicus starts permanent employment through us. Locum referrals will receive £20 upon completion of their first days work arranged through Medicus. There is no limit to the number of referral awards that you can claim; it depends on how many candidates you can introduce that are not already on our books.
