Salaried Vet Nurses
Becoming an employed vet nurse is the career choice of the majority of registered and non-registered vet nurses.

Salary
The annual salary for a Vet Nurse can vary greatly depending on experience, qualification, registration, location, responsibilities and employer. Registered Veterinary Nurses have a greater earning potential than non registered nurses. Recent salary surveys show that generally salaries range from around £16,000 per annum for a newly qualified nurse to around £28,000 per annum for a Head Nurse.
CPD - Continued Professional Development
Most employers provide CPD or an allowance for CPD for employed nurses. CPD can take many forms including in-house and external training, seminars, conferences and online tools.
Paid Holidays
